Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the application, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Viktor Gidlöf.

Trademarks

The trademarks and logos reproduced in the application are registered by the companies that own them. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Advertising

Borealis displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to keep the app free. These advertising partners collect data as described in our Privacy Policy, including your advertising identifier and device information.

You can manage ad personalization through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

Limitation of Liability

The Borealis application provides aurora forecasts based on real-time space weather data from NASA and NOAA. While we strive for accuracy, aurora visibility depends on many factors beyond our control, including local weather conditions, cloud cover, and unpredictable solar activity.

Viktor Gidlöf cannot be held responsible for missed aurora sightings or any damages resulting from the use of our services. Aurora predictions are estimates based on scientific models and should be used for informational purposes only.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Borealis.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
